Grow older but never grow up
When you leave carpentry to Jnr because you know he'll do a better job of it.
When ya can't read the instructions on electronic gimoz 'cos the writing is so small and full of wierd symbols.
'On' Off', 'AM/FM' 'Shortwave' '45' 'L.P.' etc was always so easy to read back then...

When you start a thread titled "You know you're getting old when..."
(plus a youngster would have titled it "U no yor getin old grandpa!")

I have started to notice some of the music I grew up with is starting to show up on "Oldies Stations".
Even worse why do the chicks my age look old?
When you go to KiwiBiker and someone has started a thread about "old bikes" which you can remember when they were first released ... because you were riding at the time

There are some great movies on TCM. Kubrik, Ford, Hitchcock etc etc.
And there is plenty of dross too.
Some art transcends time.
