    man... gezz triple nut, why do you always book a meeting on a rally weekend? but hey if the weathers shit on the coast ill be at ruapuna.

    Hey DD,

    Weather looking good both sides according to Met Service web site. Hopefully will be the start of summer, you'd be chewing through the whiskey to keep warm if tenting it here recently. Have fun at the Woody.

    Bring all your bikes, we'll make sure you get a run.

    Forgot to mention food will be available from the club rooms and bar is open after racing for a drink and to award the Pre 82 cup.

    Methven Mountain Thunder Street Race

    Thanks to all for the dozens and dozens of phone calls and emails regarding the CAMS/ACC Ride Forever Methven Mountain Thunder Street races.
    Yes it is almost all go for Easter Sat ( April 19th ) NOT March 30th as in some publications.
    It will be bigger and better than ever thanks to the Methven Lions and the CAMS team.

    We are just waiting for MNZ to approve the permit.....hopefully soon and we will post up the entry forms and supp regs on www.cams-racing.org.nz, kiwibiker and the Mountain Thunder website.

    Usual classes as below with Super Motards welcomed back this year.
    Pre 63
    Pre 72
    Pre 82
    Pre 89
    Super Motard
    F4/5 buckets
    Junior Clubmans ( 150 2t /2504t singles and twins)
    Formula Methven ( invite only modern )

    Permit number received for the Methven Mountain Thunder Street Races Easter Saturday

    Download entry form and supp regs from the CAMS website - www.cams-racing.org.nz
    Entries close 31st March for inclusion in the program, late entries at CAMS discretion, No entry on the day sorry.
    Get in quick as many classes will be over subscribed.

    Next CAMS club day coming up on the 22nd of March at the B track at Ruapuna.
    All welcome including new riders and new members.

    Will include the Pre 63 cup feature race

    Great opportunity to fine tune your bikes for Methven street race

    Sign on from 8.00am
    Riders briefing 9.00am
    Racing from 9.30am
    Entry $60.00
    Day Licenses available
    Food available
    Few beers after the meeting either in the bar or the pits - venue TBC

    ahhh yeah, couldnt remember if it was there or the vincent rally, never enough bloody time in the day... unless its mon-fri which seem to drag
    for some reason I thought the fizzer was a 400, what is the standard size rim on it? 18" I asume odd for that stylr a bike I woulda thought.

    Na I wasn't at the Vincent.

    The 400 is a gsxr.

    The fizzer is a little bigger like F1 so I might be a worn out little fella if I race both
    winding up stucky since ages ago
