Phil Mellor, a very successful road racer in the UK in the 80s, taken by an IOM crash in 1989.

Dont really want to hurt his memory but he wasnt an ''oil painting.'' Images on google, I think you'd be hard pressed to call anyone else the ''winner''

He might be ugly, but sure gets and gave MOTORCYCLING in NZ bloody good press coverage as well as being not a bad bastard. that photo was based on the HUGE pile of clothes and food that I arranged and took down to the CH CH folks after the Earth Quake months ago. That ugly shit even had all the sponsors that have helped him to help others in the race scene on NATIONAL TELEVISION
