    Scooter parking rules in Auckland?

Are you allowed to park a scooter on the same stands where bicycles are parked?? got a $40 ticket today for a motor vehicle being parked on footpath or cycle path although it was not on a foot path and you cant ride cycles though bike stands.. Is it worth fighting it?? THANKS

If we are to play by those rules

It is not the foot path or a cycle lane as you cant ride/walk through parked bikes, Also where is the line drawn. We are allowed to use cycle and bus lanes??

Nope, they are cracking down on "badly" parked bikes so your well trained for the world cup.
