Beware!! The Mods and Rockers are returning to Christchurch for a no-holds barred contest to decide once and for all whether scooter riding Mods or bike riding Rockers are superior! Dust off your Lambretta, Vespa, Truimph or Norton, grease up your leather jacket or press your suit and join in the fun and games!
Meet at Street and Sport Motorcycles, 29 Carlyle Street at 12pm
The Ride will end at approximately 5pm at the Woolston Club in Hargood St in Woolston. The local bike clubs headed by the Triumph Owners Club are hosting the Annual British Bike Show for the weekend, there will be over 100 bikes on display, Entry is only $5 and they are open until 7pm on Saturday and all day Sunday.
Register for only $20 by 18th August & you will be guaranteed a badge, & loads of prizes are up for grabs!
Eligibility
Entry is restricted to British bikes dating from the mid fifties through to the mid eighties, with some exceptions including the modern Triumph Bonneville range and all its derivatives including Speedmaster and America, some other makes and models will be accepted with the final word resting with Street and Sport MC. all scooters except Japanese or Asian automatics are welcome.
Some machines that capture the spirit of the event will be allowed, Customised machines and riders in full period riding gear will be considered, please note that the final say rests with Street and Sport.

Bribing the organisers and judges is welcomed, beer and whisky are likely to help you, but you have to have it with you, no promises!
