A perfectly road legal FXR150 was just ripped apart and turned into a bucket at my place yesterday. A $400 registration fee will do that to a bike that cost $600 to buy. I'd rather do it that way than crash it and then decide haha
I just did the opposite, took a bucket and got it road legal again. Felt weird
Surely you're going the wrong way Henk...? Or is that what they do up in Auckland?
It was a special case, not something Henk would do normally, and it went totally against his grain on how things work. Surprisingly enough it got a warrant and is really a legal bike lol - (Dutchee)

Next time I crash and there is a remote chance that may happen, I will do a Grant and dive under the bike b/4 it hits the deck. It seems the docs bill to check broken arse and sore ribs is far cheaper than bucket repairs and the recovery time is about the same ...

Your broken arse? Or you meaning Str8's?
Hmmm, I do wonder why I'm not so keen on crashing, and while I know I need to, somehow I can't bring myself to give it a go.
