2011 f4 f5 gp

The 4th of Dec is booked at Taupo. So no need to worry about a clash with the north island round. That's good coz I will be riding at Roy's. I will ring Taupo tomorrow and get a summery of the dates that are actually available. The booked dates showing on the website are not up to date by the looks.

Yes this can't go ahead without a club being involved. But that is not a problem. Its more the date.

I have had lots of messages from people saying they want this event to happen so its good to see that people are enthusiastic. What I am proposing is an event that mirrors BOB. 1 day of hard out racing with the GPs in the middle. Minimal support classes but they will be needed. Would be nice if the day before was a track day for those that want the extra track time.

Anyway keep up the suggestions as the more people talk about this the more likely it will happen.

What would we call it. Something like THE REDBULL F4/F5 GP ROAD RACE SPANDANGULAR. Has a nice ring. Yeah dream on. Anyone out there with connection to someone with actual money that might want to be associated with the likes of us lot let me know.

how about the lawrence brothers road race spectacular

hang on someone stuffed that one up and us lot didn't get enough votes together to fix it

F4 / F5. Same as how they are mentioned in the rules page I think.

Could be an awesome weekend, GP Saturday Taupo followed by Buckets at Roys Hill Sunday assuming the HB boys have some luck getting their consent issues sorted.
