If Britain and it's NHS led the world why is it falling around their necks now?

The reason always come down to the fact that whatever social advance our world makes, it is never very long before it gets choked to death by Debt!

The financial compounding debt system is the enemy and until that strangle hold is ripped away and the orthodox political parties stop pandering to it, nothing will change!

We can send vehicles to outer space and back and yet we can not maintain a monetary system to sustain our everyday lives without war booms and bust economics!

    WHY?

It is not a fluke that this happens, it is engineered on purpose and that purpose and it's perpetrators need to be rooted out flayed to death and corrected!

Then and only then might you see some real social justice and peace in the world!

That is the conclusion my life experience has taught me and I believe that the perpetrators while obvious are protected by the very people that need them to be gone!
We've gone from being people focused to economy focused. It's arse about face as people are sacrificed to make the economy look like it's working. Man built the economy to serve man, yet uses the economy to destroy man... and psycho's in da house don't help. An interesting reflection on the population and their tendencies to vote for those who they see as being better than them.

Because of the right whinge ideology. I've seen estimates that state that the NHS will cost 4 times as much to run in private hands (calculated using the u.s. model). It makes money!

Behaviour driven by budget constraint. It's no more complicated than that.

Any financial system will fail where the human being is removed from the equation that measures the goals.

lol, we're great aren't we... but be fair, money doesn't grow on trees so you need death and chaos in order to make money. That what we see is oft touted as normality shows just how stupid we are

Look at every single question you have and then remove the financial system. Do those questions still exist.
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

    .
    Propagandist shit.
For all the good it would do, you might as well calculate using the Icelandic model.
Where do you get this crap?
Why would you use the US model to compare a possible privatised UK system?

Icelandic model? You mean the one where they kicked the govt out of town, jailed the bankers and told the EU and the world banks to fuck right off? That Iceland. Yah see, I really don't think you thought that through.
Have you heard of Clive Peedell?

The Icelandic reference was humour, but since humour requires intellect, I guess you didn't get it.
I don't have to prove anything, you're the one saying that the US model can be used for the UK.
Prove it or have another rant, I don't care - you're wrong as usual....

I wouldn't even call that a near decent recovery.
Of course you do. You jerked and went for propaganda, I gave you the name of the person in order to help you with your edification.

from the white paper liberating the nhs

    Snip

Of course, our massive deficit and growing debt
means there are some difficult decisions to
    make.
The NHS is not immune from those challenges. But far from that being reason to
abandon reform, it demands that we accelerate it
. Only by putting patients first and trusting
professionals will we drive up standards, deliver better value for money and create a healthier
    nation

    gold right there.......hahahahahahahahahaaaa

That's nice, you obviously have more issues to deal with.
My only issue is that your rantings here are becoming boring and predictable, and I can't be fucked engaging anymore.
The thrill is gone, up your bloody game...

Look on the bright side: At least he's restricting his excremental gibberish to the single most appropriately named thread in the history of the internets.
