Shock collars. Who owns the rights to parliament TV? coz it'd become a very popular channel very quickly... especially if the company who provides the collars also provides a mobile phone app to vote for a shocking.

and no I don't care to know how futile it is, or unsound the technology is, or how money is involved, or any of the other stuff.

This is cool, a 20 year old who is doing it. So very fucking awesome.

i was discussing this the other day, apparently someone has actually found a use close-to-in-situ (recycling the shit)... if it weren't for the copious beverages consumed i might actually have some kind of fucken idea. i'll follow it up, because it was fucking cool, and this is one of the many things that fuck me off about humans.

It's not difficult to convert most of it into something very close to layers of the crude oil from which they were made. At which point the collection of it is easily paid for, just on the value of the fuel and other products created alone. Except for PVC, any trace of PVC in the feedstock and you're in trouble, makes chloride-related compounds that are quite toxic and very difficult to separate or make safe. Find a way to identify and remove PVC effectively and reliably from that collected stream of garbage and I can make you a wealthy man.
