So that they can give you a ticket for crossing the centre line or failing to keep left etc?

Why is it all about the cyclists who don't pay anything for the privilege or consideration of using the road?

Or am I missing something here?

Maybe they (cyclists) should be confined to the footpath with the pedestrians who don't pay extra fees over and above rates and taxation either!

Perhaps then "they" will rightfully be recognised as the villains in the equation!
