I doubt it esp considering the Nazi doctrine started years before. The elimination of the Jews was clearly mapped out many years before he met the mufti.
Don't get me wrong I am sure it came up in conversation as it was discussed in Nazi circles to send them to the middle east and to Madagascar as well.
I doubt the mufti was in favour of it.
The Germans were keen to destabilise the middle east in WW2 as it was a source of allied oil as well as a British set of colonies.
Pretty Sure old Alfie would have hated the Muslems as much as the rest of the ethnic minorities.

Don't forget the poms did the same in WW1 with the Turkish colonies with old lawerence. So using others is pretty common.

But all up Hitler listened to no one unless it suited him too, he never even listen to his own people, unless of course they were telling him what he wanted to hear (the only possible exception I can think of is Albert Speer)
So I doubt a dude in the middle east who was a best a puppet leader influenced him that much. He was usful for for propaganda purposes though, plus he helped recruit 20000 Muslim soldiers in the Balkans.

Plus war is a good time to try and use other to settle scores or as an excuse to

You need to look no further than what happened to the Armenians under the Ottoman Empire.
Or all the allies that secretly fought the Russian communists after WW1.
Or Russia teaming up with Germany and dividing up Poland and Finland.
Or the Rusians pilots secretly fighting in the Korean war in Migs identified as Korean or Chinese.
Just as the Americans had done in China years before they officially entered the war.

But like the TV show pretty sure we only got the edited highlights of old Lawrence's exploits.
