So no, you get the turnout that can be bothered. And the rest don't count.

Which filters out some of the parasites that might otherwise vote themselves the benefit of other people's efforts. A better filter would be to charge $100 per vote.

Yup crashes always bounce back, so having quick access to cash and looking for mortgagee/panic sales is a good strategy

I already knew that you would be right & I would be wrong, because, as we know, you are the smart one.
The system won't be changed because some drug addled beneficiary that lives in a caravan thinks it's a great idea. We have a system, either run with it or shut up.
