Yeah Jones doesn't know how it works either. They're not in the business of subsidising air travel, and Jones would be the first one to cry if they lost money.
If he want's flights from non-viable centres it's HIS regional economic development budget that subsidies should be coming out of. He's a belligerent wanker, if he survives the term his behaviour will cost labour dearly.

Again - not actually making love (or walls) but still producing the same product, complete with a whole lot of unnecessary anxiety issues? https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/sh...-scientific-reWho am I? etc etc?

Racist, sexist and ageist in one shot. A perfect trifesta of stupid.
It used to be that you could think the Greens were wrong but still have some respect their integrity... these days under Shaw (who looks great in a suit BTW) it's just fuckup after fuckup after fuckup. The 5% threshold beckons. Couldn't happen to a bigger bunch of dickheads... other than WinstonFirst of course.

With Trump's US tariffs going into effect last Friday, estimated to affect China by up to
approx US$50-60 billion annually, it has been interesting to see how China might retaliate.
And apart from:
1. Advising the US that tariffs are detrimental for world trade in general, and
2. Identifying certain products that are iconic US products (some of which are manufactured
in the home states of key US Congress men supporting the tariffs)
(and only to the tune of only US$3 billion), it has been "relatively quiet" on some of the main
Chinese websites the last two days. No mention of China dumping USD Treasuries (as yet).
Surely, the Chinese must have thought up some asymmetric approach, rather than chose to
compete directly in a potentially damaging trade war with the US ?
So it was with interest when I read the following:
https://www.rt.com/news/422255-us-ch...lables-import/
Stating that in 2016 alone, American scrap exports to China totaled $5.6 billion and provided
US industry with 155,000 jobs. And it could also affect all 50 US states.
The US press has wasted no time in complaining how bad this decision could be (for the US).
Unforeseen consequence ? I watch the news for further such events.

You are very quiet on the 100 people the Russians killed with their little Anthrax incident Steve

Could it be that that doesn't suit your anti American pro Russian narrative?
Of course seeing as they had in 1972, the USSR has signed a biological weapons control treaty that precluded such research I would see why you would not want it brought up.![]()
