    Update from Scotty

I'd wondered why I had not seen much of or heard much from Scotty recently, but no sooner had I pondered that point and I saw that Scotty had just delivered a rousing speech to Australians. I'm sure the part about mandatory vaccinations is bound to rouse a few.

Though I think the Advocate probably better captured some of the goings-on in the background:

The Advocate article also answered the question where Scotty had been recently (i.e. the UK).

No doubt Boris will be next to issue a rousing speech to his flock (especially since his Covid right-hand man Matt Hancock had to step down, after having being found to be paying too much attention to just one member of the flock).

    [Edit]
I see that Hancock's new replacement Sajid Javid has since made an announcement:

Crypto. Coz everyone else is doing it.
Crypto. Coz it's gonna change the world.
Crypto. Coz economics clearly isn't your strong suit.
Crypto. Coz the monetization of natural resources has turned out so well to date.
Crypto. Coz a stratified society based on purchasing power just isn't divided enough.
Crypto. Coz it gets you ahead of the game no matter what the cost.
Crypto. Coz, for some reason, it sticks it to the man, you know, the man who has so much money he could buy crypto at any time, so yeah, he'll really gets it stuck to him.
Crypto. Coz doing the same thing over and over again by creating yet another raft of currencies isn't the definition of Insanity.
Crypto. Coz you haven't learned a damned thing.
Crypto. Coz you think all of the currencies past and present obviously haven't been enough to solve the money creation problem.
Crypto. Coz you think that the system needs to change and not you.
Crypto. Coz you really are that stupid.
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

With all of the lies, obsfuscation and rewriting of history concerning the events of January 6th some people may be confused as to what actually took place. There shouldn't be any confusion but it seems there is. This clip is long at 40 minutes or so, but it's a clear a look as we will get for now.

It's almost like they are copying what ANTIFA has been doing for several Years - but instead of 'Black Bloc' you have 'White Bloc'....

(For clarification, I don't condone what they are doing, only pointing out that it is an equal and opposite reaction to what has already happened)

    Euro 2020 Semi Final

Well, I have to say that I am a little disappointed with the result, but well done to the lads for a good effort. Not bad for a group of part-timers, and one with a pacemaker.

And I was most impressed with them not only giving the English a goal in the first half (to make a game of it), but also giving Harry Kane another chance to get a goal (after the goal-keeper had saved his penalty shot in extra time). Damn sporting.

Well done, lads. Hold your heads up high.

    [Edit]
It seems that the English were run off their feet, so much so one of them told a lie-down in the penalty box in extra time (and the referee went and awarded him a penalty).

    Good Game, Good Game.

I'm obviously pleased with the result (First time to a Final since 1966!)

Sadly, I didn't get to watch the match (other than "live updates" via a web browser).

    Congratulations to the Brits.

Did think that some of you were going to have to end up swapping that George and the Dragon flag of yours (the red cross on white background) for the Dannebrog (the white cross on red background). But not to be. This time.

A Kiwi woman in England commented on social media that she was pleased about the result for the sake of the wives of England fans. Apparently had England lost, too many supporters would have gone home pissed and smacked the little woman around to make themselves feel better.

Something I hadn't considered, but it has the ring of truth.
