    Actually I was trying to puzzle a link between the stuff you had posted.
    How can I give you evidence for something that is nonsensical?

    For example: you said that our Govt. borrowed money from the EU.
    It doesn't. So how do I disprove a nonsense?

    We borrow from the IMF don't we? Hence why we slavishly follow the IMF recommended practices?

    Actually about two thirds of Govt. borrowing is Govt. Stock and Treasury Bonds.

Don't know about the ratios but the Greek used Govt bonds as well which they were able to lower the return on as part of the package that caused their people to get upset. Where does the other 1/3 come from? This is the important part, the tail that wags the dog so to speak.

    That 2/3's includes overseas borrowing.
