its great, very lightweight, a good fit, and comfortable. No issues with fogging so far, and Ive tried to make it fog while riding - no go Yay!.

I hear the new Shoei's are coming out next month so maybe some deals going, was looking at the XSpirits the other day and they have dropped $300 for run out so the entry level Shoei maybe in your price range, As long as you fit a Shoei they do spec a very nice helmet.
