Reg/rec is wired up and working
Bike either has piss weak spark, or it's overfueling something chronic.
It dumps petrol in to the 'zorst and pops and bangs and in general sounds sad.

Will peel the needles out again, they've been raised by 1mm and it was running better before then...

If I can get that sorted I may take it up the road today

So I went FOR A RIDE!!!!

    And it was awesome

    Few issues to iron out.
Forks, incredibly hard, then blew the left hand seal
Haven't wired the speed cut correctly, it cuts out at 10krpm in each gear.
When turning the forks left it pushes or pulls the throttle open.
Gear lever is set a little high.
Throttle is a bit too stiff.
Wheels unbalanced, hasn't got the pilot power on the front yet anyway.
Really, really need some seat foam.
Might need a mirror and a number plate

    The good
Fueling is bloody nice right up to where it cuts out, clean and smooth.
Lots more pep with the jetting, 4-1 and the ignition advance is back to standard
    Brakes are brilliant feeling.
    Sounds bloody grouse

I overfilled one I think. they were pretty bloody solid though.
Will find me a 41mm socket and do them again, better lol
Would help if I did it properly...and bled them.
It's got 10W Repsol oil in it and around it...on the rim...ground...everywhere...

    They're a great wee scoot!

    Righto, just rode it 60km
the speedo back light blew, no biggie. Forks are rather soft...as you'd expect.
Seems to be pretty gremlin free for now, starts mint.
    Headlight sucks.
    Powaaaaaaah.

I'm chuffed with the results of the ignition advancer, heaps more mid range.
Probably a mix of K&N, 4-1 and what not.

    Happy. Coffee time!

I sure do mate Watching the volt meter at night is awesome, especially when I don't need to watch it!

    Seriously chuffed.
And very, very worried about binning it, so no more wheelies
