    Thumbs up Yamaha srx250

Tidy, rego on hold till feb 2012, no wof, great learners bike, lightweight and nimble, electric start, six speed box, engine runs beautifully but for some reason misses and splutters at open road speed (approx 90kph)

A veteran bike mechanic at a club run recently told me he thought it was an electrical short in lights or indicator switchgear or some such.

I am not mechanical and am unable to fix it so for sale as is where is, i do believe however that the repair wouldnt be too costly.

Still able to be ridden around town perfectly well

Tyres and chain and sprockets are good and everything appears warrantable.

    As is where is.

If interested send me a pm, Thanks

If its the same as the 400's then it has the horrible yamaha dual carb.
One side is suppose to be just for idle but it ends up leaking too much fuel in.
They need to be pulled apart, cleaned and put back together.

However it it has a Mikuni ignore all of the above.
