Were you taking race meeting pictures in 2008/9

    Hi all.....

Trying to find out who took a series of shots of me crashing in the F1/2 races at Taupo on May 17th 2009 when i got knocked out.

Race number 28 in F1/F2 on a blue Yamaha R6

There was a series of shots of me bouncing across the track and would like to get hold of them if they still exist.
The older i get the faster i used to be.......

Yes a whole 2 years ago, lifetime in racing......

As per my profile name - Brian Wood

The post maybe should have asked for who was actively taking pictures of the AMCC, PMCC, Paeroa and VMCC winter series in 2008/9 because i'm after some of the shots taken of me racing in those series at the time, specifically the crash at Taupo when i crashed out of the lead group when battling with Glen Skachill

National Race number was 28......did ok at the AMCC winning F1 and F2 and 6th at the TT meet.
The older i get the faster i used to be.......

Hmmmm....let me just check my wallet......ah there it is.... the $10 i keep just in case i ever end up on a Paeroa grid again and need to put a $10 bet on the lap times......

You passed me on the line at the finish but had to hand over the readies for the faster lap. That was a great experience doing Paeroa!

Hows tricks with you mate, got a bike, out there racing at all?

Haha........yep was the most fun I ever had racing that day.
Nah not racing, kinda lost the passion when I got in too much debt. Got a Gsxr600 trackbike for when the urge needs suppressing though.

sounds just like me - including the GSXR600 track bike (bought this Winter for coming Summer)
"...New Zealanders, for all their faults, have virtues that are precious: an unwillingness to be intimidated by the new, the formidable, or class systems; trust in situations where there would otherwise be none; compassion for the underdog; a sense of responsibility for people in difficulty; not undertaking to do something without seeing it through - "

Yeah but both you pussies are behind Lance, and while Lance is a spectacular rider, his body is far too fucked for street racing and it shows in his pace.
