What they need is a hiding,a good one after which even there primitive brain would understand that messing with other peoples stuff causes pain,dont like pain so wont do it again.Sadly one will go to Youth aid or some other lame shit which will excuse there behaviour because mum n dad both worked which these days amounts to child abuse,the other will simply spend a few more weekends cutting the grass in rest areas laughing it up with the rest of the towns dropkicks.So it will continue.
