All things considered mate i would just tuck those bits away in the shed,up to you but methinks down the track you will regret selling them, way back i sold or gave away plenty of oem stuff but have since replaced and stored the whole lot away.

Hey mate, I've got a pair of fucked left/right footpegs, snapped on the plate.
What can ya do me for?

Also, how easy/hard is it to replace steering head bearings
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

    Hi there,
All I have is the pegs themselves, normally if the pegs are broken the levers are too so $20 gets ya whats in the pic below

As for the steering head bearings, I have not done it myself but here is a thread explaining some aspects of the job CLICK LINK
So long as ya have the means to keep the front off the ground, you have the right tools and a workshop manual you should be fine

Bah, pegs are fine but the actual mounting plates are fuxx0r'd.
Cheers for the TL link, I keep forgetting I have an account. So much for the R1 rear damper swap in the next month

No worries, I still have the plates on my bike, but e-bay and a credit card will help you along 100%

Anything you need to know about the TL1000 is on those forums and if not, there's heaps of people that are more than willing to help.
