    whos still at work?

damnit it nigh 8:30 on a FRIDAY night and im still at work fixing email distruibution lists!

and just spent 2 hours or so fixing a color laser printer that had its fuser kit die at 4:45 this arvo and needed replacing tonight. man. I was like freaking faster than batman. call up my fav supplier. they get _their_ supplier to put one outside for me. sprint from Fanshawe ST to Albany Industrial (in rain) and back. then comes the HARD part. the manual was about 40 pages long and you had to let the thing cool down for at least 45 mins beforehand,

    anyone else working?

Hmmm..... let me think about that for a second........
    NO!

But I will expect you to be in the kitchen in the morning cooking me some eggs when I get home!

(The eggs are in the pantry, the frying pan is in the cupboard under the microwave. Vogels bread is in the freezer and the toaster is on the bench on the left hand side by the door, next to the kettle. I like my tea strong (teabags are in cupboard above kettle with the mugs) with just a little milk (in the fridge). Got that? )

Actually, smartarse, the frying pan isn't in the cupboard under the Microwave. I've only been here a week, trying to wreck the place and all, and even I can see that. While you've been pissing around at work, I've completely rearanged your kitchen.

You can now get to the oven, from the sink, without me having to lengthen your chains. Clever eh?

You will pay for that sunshine! I've already stolen the indicators from your bike - don't make me get my spanner set out and see what else I can remove!

BTW I'll let you in on a little secret.. we do sweet F/A on a night shift despite what she tells you when she gets home..... ohh we were soo busy, we didnt get back to station till 2230 (read.. we were out getting pizza), and we had heaps of jobs (most of those R35), we were just flat out(thats code for asleep or watching letterman on the lounge).
She will try and tell you that Manakau is the busiest station in the service.. it isnt.. Neww Lynn is.. miles from you, then Mt Wellington... thats me, after that its Te Atatu, then central closely followed by Tamaki and then the Shore... dont see manakau on this list yet do ya?? huh.
Also I've noted that RR has been logged on here for the past 47mins... hmmm

Thanks mate, you confirmed what I've suspected for some time. My shout next round.
