    Pod filters? Worth doing?

Im thinking about fitting pods to my CBX. 3 reasons.

1, To work on my carbs removing the air box is a bitch. 10 mins to remove carbs, hour to get air box out of the frame.

2, Air filters for it are only ex japan, take 8 weeks to get here and cost more than pods.

3, The stock air box takes air from under the seat and looks very restricted.

Was looking at some from here, http://www.smebike.info/index.php?ro...roduct_id=3408

Ive dealt with this guy before and he seems really good.

On some of the older bikes it works fine. Some need re-jetting, some won't work at all.
edit: had a look at ya link, I reckon give it a shot, those old honda's weren't the fussiest of engines.

On most bikes you can get 'em to run, but there are a few that will never run properly, carbs need certain air velocities to work, and pods change this. Sometimes no end of jetting will ever fix it.
    Not all bikes though.

Well in saying that the inside of my airbox is not bad. Its just a bugger to get out. I just fixed my current carb issue so would be happy if I could get a air filter thats not gold plated.
