Military people shooting shell,,tight pattern,low noise and recoil level,large pellets.
At 10 meters my old Browning A5 would take a good chunk of his head out shooting 2 1/2 #5's even holding off that much.
And the noise level would mean the hostage wouldn't be smiling about it for a while either.
Now watch some yank give it a go.
