    What an awesome day!

So after riding around to mates places this morning since the weather was pretty crap, the tide turned and the sun peeked its head over the clouds.

Ended up taking some random back road (unsealed) and ended up making the right turns to get to Puhoi pub, then i rode up Awaroa rd to Woodcocks road and made my way to Warkworth. Quick rest there then rode off to Leigh, the only pub there was shut so i then rode off to Pakiri Beach, beautiful place!! rode right around to Welsford then back down through Dome Valley to Warkworth again.

Had a nice cold speights at the pub in Warkworth and then went back through Woodcocks, to Old North Road then home.

Left me with a smile on my face and a bloody sore back from the tight gravel roads with large judder bumps along corners.

Rest in peace Tony - you will be missed.

How cool. I went to work, sat in my office for 9 1/2 hours, only ducking out at lunchtime to pick up something for Maha. Came home, did domestic shit, went to bed. I took the dreaded car too

Lovely to read this sort of thing, lucky it was dry over Pakiri Hill, you want to try it after a lot of rain, it literally is a clay goat track
