    Hey guys,

Saturday 17th September- everyone bring their bikes and 20 bucks along to the Mt Wellington track and let's put on one explosive show of motardingly good fun.

Calling on all colours, shapes and sizes; orange bikes, DRZ's, 450s and the rest- come on down and let's hear the cacophony of a pack of angry thumpers tearing it up!

    Important:
To protect the track surface, all bikes need some sort of protection covering hard parts that could contact the ground in the case of a bin or extreme lean angles. This generally applies to pegs, axles and bar ends. Any metal part likely to touch down needs covering whether it be using skateboard wheels, nylon, chopping board, purpose built axle/peg sliders or what not. For bar ends, just use a plastic wine cork or something if you don't have plastic MX grips or handguards. Levers don't need to be covered except from if they are already broken but I'd bring some sort of tape just in case you break one. For exhausts that will touch the ground, just do this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=de6i_02PnDg

-Bring leathers and full boots, both MX and road helmets are fine. I've got leathers someone can borrow if they want (80kg max).

-Action usually starts around 9 and lasts the whole day until people get tired or decide to pack up.

-Bring a spanner or 2 so you can straighten your bars again if you bin.

Thrills, slides, spills and smiles- Saturday September 17th, rain or shine; see you there!

Roads are really no substitute for the fun you'll have on one of these days. You'll be able to push very hard to the limits (and further) and learn a hell of a lot in the process. The best fun for 20 bucks you can ever have- I'll guarantee it.

As for getting 'all that shit', you literally only need 15 bucks and 30 mins at the DIY store and you're good to go- if that.
