Attracted a loose nut between the handle bars and the seat.
Re-routed coolant pipes and brake reservoir, put the loom in and a few other bits and bobs.
    Does it start yet?

Isin't this a loose nut sitting behind the handlebars "on" the seat?

And got round to swapping the not connected e-stop to a logo thingumy on the electric, bit safer that way. Pretty stoked with how it turned out, machined the logo into it, then painted the whole lot black, then sanded the paint off the top surface.
Hi. Whats your take on exhaust wrap? Good, bad?
Did you treat your pipes prior to the wrap?

Put some high temp paint on them, then dry wrapped the 'titanium' exhaust wrap. Standard wraps require wet wrapping, and a silicon spray to seal them when done, which is why I went for the titanium stuff. Looked the fucking buisness when it went on, but all the shine has gone or been dulled by dust buildup etc. But it works good, huge temp diff between wrapped and unwrapped parts, just keep it away from any parts that could rub through it!

Indeed, at least I didn't have the experience of it going through the wheel like some other poor bugger did full lock up and bin

Now I'm going to have to space that side's rearset out until I get around to making a new one.

Here is a project bike thread I have been watching:

    http://cbr250.com/forum/thread-5492.html

    It's a CBR250R MC19 '89.

The thing that counts as a mod in your eyes imdying, would be the fact that it has a mc22 head on the mc19 engine, as it uses mc22 pistons as that was all he could get new. He has painted and restored most parts. Replaced almost everything he could. Plus it just looks really good as he restores it.

I have some stuff here you might be interested in,
Its Aluminum bling, there is a dash surround that will need a bit of a file out on the inside so it will fit the dials, was cut a bit small, and some grills for the fairing air holes, that say ill try find them and take some photos

Have you seen it on a bike? Not sure it looks the best? But then again, neither does the stock dash. I have been thinking about the Koso dash as a replacement, and hopefully the guy selling me his mc19 tank comes through so I can look at adding a fuel sender. (As a proof of concept).

The fairing grills don't look bad.

Is the stuff im talking about, I personally dont think it would look that bad,
I would be a little worried about the grills though as the bike gets hot pretty quick, would hate to choke it
