its got fuck all to do with "internet privacy".

Its about you passing confidential messages to a KB member who used it to send lies and defamation about his business and me.

    Where is your integrity ?

It's got everything to do with internet privacy. You're on the internet, not sitting in the same room as other people talking to them face to face.
Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem

What was the reason given for the infraction?, you didn't even name any member or business in that thread

I think members have the right to know what is confidential and what isnt.
Agreed. aside from 'hacking' we are entitled to at leastknow what areas of this site allow privacy, and those which do not.

Your just over thinking, as for infractions and rules,
I think its more willy nilly, I know I had one for some stuff I had said about another member, was pretty blunt, but wasnt all that bad,
where recently that same member said something twice as bad about me more than once and two me, yet those posts havnt been P.D'd etc.
    Just how it goes,
Always an easy fix, dont like it, dont log in haha
You have absolutely no idea what this thread is actually talking about do you?

my thoughts exactly, why should Mort receive an infraction, when a certain other poster was A) given info they have no right to, and B) was allowed to send multiple emails stating nasty things, in which a person was named in full? smells like bullshit to me.

It seems only reasonable that the users of a site, who by all means contribute to, and help make it what it is, should be given straight answers about how exactly the site is run, and what the limits are of their privacy while on that site.
What if poster A sends Poster B their phone number, address, etc etc, does that information become as public as bling comments and their source apparently are?

Looks to me as though this farcical mess has already cost this site one highly valuable and worthwhile person removing themselves from an active role in the running of this site. perhaps it is in the best interests of all to justbe honest about it.

Apparently I was "Skating a thin line " which is a mixed metaphor if ever I heard one.... He made out like I am some sort of menace to the entire forum because I had a problem with a known trader on here.

Actually it was just part of his package of measures he put in place in support of his mate... measures which transcend the rules which all other members and moderators are expected to follow... and measures which one particular senior moderator with REAL integrity was not prepared to cover up for.

Maybe its more about your campaign of B.S that is inappropriate and and harassing and or problematic.
maybe your attempts at getting your side of the story out with your large sanctimonious and arrogant attitude in attempts to cause damage to a respected business via harvesting like minded douche bags.

What are you going to do now Mort, wait 7 months and take KB to court and demand a refund and lose..............again
You got mediums available to you use them as you know so well how to and get your shit of KB.

    Douche

Yep, its all a figment of my vivid imagination..... totally without any basis in reality.

But for the record, I didn't lose the court case.... Just because you can't understand the order does not mean you win.

Ah, KiddieBiker at its best! As has been suggested, go elsewhere if you expect grown-up behaviour, the rot obviously starts at the top.

Rule 0: The mods don't follow the rules.
