youre right Mort I owe you an apology, for this

1/ I apologise that your first set of leathers where late (includng the icelandic volcano I apologies for that to and the long flight disruptions)

2/ I apologies it took you many months to tell us the suit wasnt fitting you right (6 WHOLE months all other retailers would have told you to fuck off right there)

3/ I apologies that we offered to make you a second suit with the agreement from you that you would pay $800 towards it

4/ I apologies that we charged your credit card on the 9th Feb

5/ I apologies that you reveresed that $800 charge on the 6th of April even tho your suit was here and we had the DHL number to prove it

6/ I apologies that you took us to court for the value of the first suit

7/ I apologies that you lost that claim in court

8/ I apologies that I agreed to let you have the second suit and fore go the $800

9/ I apologies that you liked the second suit and you closed the case

10/ I apologies that now your ASB bank are chasing you for the $800

11/ I apologies that you decided to load all this shit on KB

12/ I apologies that you are taking us back to court for the $800 that you agreed to pay us in the first place for

and lastly

13/ I apologies for the fact im going to see a lawyer tomorrow regarding another scenario all together against you.

How the hell do number 8 and 12 go together? You agreed to forego the $800 but he wants it back?

And no, I'm not taking sides at all, just trying to make sense of it all.

I would say thought that as a business owner myself, I would be twice fucked sideways before I would get into an argument like this in public.

You tell me ? thats what I have been asking.
I understand now however (told me some facts today), we charged his card (as you do) he reversed it and told us about it, we complained to the bank about it as the suit was here, and finally a few months later the bank contact him saying he has to pay it.

re argument on here, wasn't my choosing but Ive had enough, little antagonistic prompts well there are the facts people can make there own mind up.
