O.k sold a item on trademe over a week ago $70 now still no sign of payment into my acc. Have been in contact with buyer on three different times. 1st reply 24th..Hi,

I will deposit the money first thing Friday morning.

after me reminding him to pay.

Now email him saying whats happenning no money yet?

    reply 30th

    Hi,

Sorry about the delay, I've only just got home.
I will deposit the money tomorrow so you should see it on Thursday morning.

now i email him saying where my cash if dont want can i relist?

    reply 1st...
    Hi,
I have just checked my bank and the money has gone out, I'm assuming that it is either already in your account or will be soon (I'm not sure how long the bank takes to clear funds).

got in touch with trademe they email back can not give refund on success fee as he has paid for item. So i email trademe again saying he has not paid and can get bank statement if needed.

now this guy is new to trademe no history and 0 to his name. Wait to see on monday if no money then yess the guy is playing with me and if money in there then yess im a impatient prick lol

There's generally a 24 hour delay in seeing internet banking transfers, which are usually only processed during normal working hours. If he transferred it today, you'll see it tomorrow. Waiting until Monday won't make a difference.

If he put it into your account Friday, Depending on which banks you are both with, you might not see it until Monday arvo at the earliest

About 2 years ago I needed a complete set of tyres for my ute,,,not going to be cheap so TM is my friend,,,right.
So find a dealer who is auctioning tyres an bid on a set of 4,,,and win the auction.
Turn up to pick up tyres an the dealer won't hand them over,,,maintained the auction was a special that had just run out so the real price was a bit higher than what I won at.
I asked why he still had tyres listed at the old start price if that was correct, plus it was a "fucking auction" not a sale,he got shitty about my attitude and also claimed he'd just forgot to change things.
So I told him to shove his fucking tyres,,,and the next day he listed another set at the same low price,,so I had a mate bid on them and win the bid.
Then I turned up to collect the tyres,,,same bullshit, they'd gone up $100 over night.
I went back a week later with 4 decoys an while they mucked this prick about,,,,,I lifted a new set of tyres for my ute.
Tyres are still on the ute an running fine.

one of my boys bought a new pair of shoes from some guy in ChCh, paid immediately on completion of the auction, shoes didnt turn up, emailed him started getting excuses, said the courier had just returned them etc etc, i did a search of his old auctions and got a cell no, called him and he said that he had spent the money and couldnt afford to send them , i contacted TM they followed it up with him and eventually the shoes turned up, i left him a red face calling him a thief and a liar, i was contacted by TM about my feedback but told them i wasnt changing it, i looked him up later and the account was suspended, so if anyone knows a guy in ChCh called Jonas Blom Ulevsjo punch him for me, he is a real untrustworthy cunt, i hope a building fell on him

Had 2 x 5t long drop chain blocks stolen off a construction site. 2 x long drop 5t chain blocks of the same make turn up on tardme. cops could not nail the bloke even though he was a rigger working on the same site.
What did Tardme do ??. A big fat nothing , took no action, did not ban the arsehole, let him keep trading.
You might think they were happy to continue to act as a fence for stolen property.
    I could not possibly comment.

I know the arseholes name, it will keep.
