i bet he doesnt, the points gap is 35 points, stoner will still win if he comes second to Jorge in every round remaining.I cant see Casey NOT winning at least a couple more races this season ,and i think Dani can still win a couple and as unpalatable as it may be i think Dani might get a memo from mr Honda soon

That was a brilliant race. In fact, both the MotoGP and the Moto2 were brilliant to watch. Those Moto2 guys really put on a great show.

    Phuck!!!
Dennis Noyes did the maths and reckons that regardless Terol would have got passed Zarco.
He says " Compare laps 21 and final lap and you see that there was nothing Zarco could have done - It would have been closer if he had stayed down, but the only way to win was a block weave…and that is how 125 racing is done….

I dont like Stoner, I like Lorenzo and the bikes from the tuning fork temple. It might be a fantasy for Lorenzo to deny him the title but it would be bloody awesome if it happened!!

I love all GP bikes, and I root for the most exciting rider. In this case...Stoner! Hardly a secret either I guess!

I like Stoner, for my money fastest rider, still not quite the best racer, there is a slightly fragile aspect to his racing.
Man for man with Lorenzo , I give you 3 possible outcomes.

1/ Yamaha/ Honda mounted , Stoner in the groove checks out , gets a gap & protects it.
2/ Yamaha/Honda, Lorenzo drags him into a dogfight, & the fragility shows up
3/ Ducati mounted, Stoner is plain gone while Lorenzo swaps notes with the Dr

2 out of 3 to Stoner

So Stoner for Yamaha in 2012 or 2013?
First rider to win championship on 3 different brands in modern era?

I am sure Dennis Noyes did a good job, but I was reasonable certain that Zarco was just far enough ahead on that particular lap to make it if he had just tucked and wrung the bikes neck. He could still have weaved, just not sat up! In fact, sitting up allowed him to know where Terol was and hence did not weave badly enough to put him off, he knew where he was so subconsiously did not weave far enough. There is absolutely no way that what he did did not slow him down and 0.022s at the speed they were doing (my guess is somewhere around 160 km/h) is 0.97m. 1 m is nearly a bike length. There is no way to know whether either rider was going flat out in lap 21. Dennis is an astute observer, but has never raced 125GP bikes if that really means anything.....
I think Dennis is mistaken and that Zarco would have won, and I know it all!! I just do!!

Check out all the guys on the dummy grid / pits wearing Ohlins shirts. They are assigned / contracted Ohlins technicians. At most they each only have to look after 2 riders each.

Notice how most of the very top riders also wear Alpinestars, its similiar in Formula 1 also.

Only the very best will do

As if any of those leathers they wear are what we can buy. I heard a few things on the forums about how a different company will make the leathers and then just put the brand name bits on to make it look like a Dainese or AStars. Like that Kiwi guy making cricket bats for the English team, and then putting whoever the players sponser sticker on, like GM, Gray Nicolls, etc. We all like to think the GP suits are what we can buy off the shelf... Astars and Dainese would have us believe that...

Anyone have any specs on those suits? Last I read is that they are 3mm thick kangaroo, with fancy composite protectors. Same for WSBK.

I have had the pleasure of usin ASatrs race replica suit for the past few seasons
and have also seen Pedrosa's and Corsers race suit's and from what I can tell there aint F all diffference between what the TV stars get compared to the top line replica Astar gear.
