Interestingly enough a friend recently told me about racist comments directed by white immigrants...She was described as an "island sheila out to take him for all that he had" and a flatmate was described as an "unco-operative darkie". Given that she has a good job and her own home sorted of didn't fit with the comment and the unco-operative darkie was Maori and refused to listen to said white immigrants.
