It doesn't really matter as long as said white person is allowed to express that opinion.
White people in this country are the majority and generally have it better than others.
If a poor person says that he's struggling and it's because of the rich, most people would think that's legit. If a dude with two porsches and a nice set of clubs said he was struggling and it was because of the poor...
