Small things make for HUGE enjoyment and celebration.

I did something today I have not done in 2 months. I made a list.

A very short list to be fair, but a list all the same. It was of things I wanted to buy.

I was driven home from work as usual, and walked up the stairs. I am tired, I started work at my normal time today.

I put my bag down and walked back down the stairs. Walking down stairs should rather be described as creeping crab like, as the moon boot does not allow proper bending of the ankle and you have to go down sideways. I walked to the car, sat down in the drivers seat and took off my boot!

I drove to the shops, put my boot back on, walked in and purchased the items on my list, went back to the car, took the boot off and drove home

What a strange feeling, still need a bit of strengthening of the old ankle/calf to feel totally comfortable about driving to work, but I am now independantly mobile

*I think I might try my bike boots later on* written in invisible ink, so Maha does not read this

She chased Milanyon - HE dropped the apple so's Diana (or whater her name was) had to stop and pick them up.

That way he could win the race. (cos he had a gimpy leg from a war wound and couldn't run as fast as her)

(That'll teach me to listen to the Chidrens Request Session on the wireless in 1964....)
