George... since leaving the industry it seems I have completely missed all that is going on. Without seeing you pop in from time to time and our quick catch ups, I am simply ripped apart to hear all this.
Wishing you nothing but the best as you progress forward with your treatment. I know from over the years you are a strong man, and a very positive one. Keep that up and it will help you and your family along for sure. Thoughts are with you during this very trying time. Hope you aren't up ladders at all setting up bloody stage lighting.... Bugga the actors - they can fend for themselves!
Take it easy mate. It's been too long since I saw you, but thinking of you at this time.
Has anyone been in touch with George?
Or got an address we can send something to?
He's out of hospital.
Will work on address.

Hi Guys. Am shaky but vertical, smiling and enjoying the recent sun. Am going up to the track with a few key holders this Saturday to see if the Dyno work has paid off, plus ply with my suspension not to mention getting a new rider of mine out on a bucket for the first time. Wouldn't you know it only got to 16.8 hp but heaps more torque than planned (as in close to 30 Nm more or something) on the Dyno. PM if you want to visit as i would be keen to catch up and keep in contact.

Yes 4 strokes are for homos. Homo-sapiens that is, who have realized bigger is better.
Back to hospital tomorrow for another 5-7 days of fun filled chemo. Thanks for the wonderful support and words of wisdom from Henk, Michelle, Clive, Geoff, Malcolm, and the rest of you wild pack of trogulites, last weekend a blast. I definably got my fill (with your help) of the bucket drug to help ward off some of the not so sunny side effects.
Without sounding forward (as opposed to my usually backward thinking) please come and visit. The time spent staring at the beautiful painted walls gets very depressing and long-winded.
I'm going to be in Ward 5 North at Wellington Hospital. Just ask for me by name followed by "Vacuilk-Hamilton", usually pronounced in Kiwi-English "Var-zuu-leek-Hamilltin"
I'll be thinking of you this Sunday.
I'll try to log in to check for any PM's but most likely won't be on on-line until I get home.

All the best for the coming week mate. We've never met but I have been following your progress with interest.
All the best mate :,)
We won't be able to visit, but will think of you. I couldn't really believe how well you looked, but honestly, seeing you crash scared the bejeesus outta me. You rode sensibly (that I saw), and it really made me smile.
Thanks for the help Sunday, and sorry, CRC is one of those things that we really don't take with us (everything else we can pretty much help with).
Hey George, mate. I've not been reading the forums much of late (or racing) and I'm just catching up with this now. I hope they are keeping you comfortable in hospital and I wish you a swift and full recovery. Hope the family are coping OK. Thinking of you. When you come out, and back to racing, I might just have to dust the old bike off and have a go again myself. Looking forward to catching up again on a race day. Thoughts and regards, Damien.
Thanks again.
Very short stay this time with being released as soon as my chemo has finished and sent home with a letter clearing me for racing no less.
Bummed about missing a day racing tomorrow as Im so bloated I wouldn't fit into the leathers without being liquified first.
Next cycle of chemo is the 31st October...
