Anyone in the Nth Island help?

Out of boredom the other day I went out and bought a nitro-powered r/c car, my brother's got one and they're a fucking laugh on cold wet days when I don't feel like riding. Very very fast as well, 2spd gearbox gets it to what must be around 70km/h. Anyway, a front wheel got ripped off yesterday and I need a couple of replacement parts and the local shop here can't get them until after my next day off, and one of the other guys here at work bought one and we were going to go out and thrash 'em. So can anyone provide me with some business names and numbers in the north island where I might be able to ring and get what I need. If I can do this today, I should be able to get the bits down here by Wednesday.

    Thanks in advance.

A brand & model for your car would be helpful.

You could try modelcraft in wellington: http://www.aspdirect.co.nz/secure/cg...company=models

They're not far from where I work, if they've got the bits you need I could post them for you (looks like they do mail order though)

Trade-me sometimes has after market parts for-sale... you should find a supplier there?
