goodness....i couldnt even look at the end, they got worse but it certainly makes you think that you need to be vigilant all the time. i am at lights because i was knocked off my bike by a car failing to stop at a giveway. i always make sure i have space to move to when i am stopped at lights.

I personally know what the "I'm about to turn right" syndrome is all about.

Many years ago I overtook a car in the gorge between Paeroa and Waihi. This silly dingbat driving the car, suddenly decided to turn right as I was alongside her. No indicators - NOTHING...!!!

Well, she pulled me around with her and my bike folded over and I went under the car. Luckily she slammed on the brakes JUST at the right instant, as I went under the back wheel. It must have lifted the weight off the back axle as I went under it. I was in quite some pain and had a tyre print across my yellow raincoat, right across my rib cage but I was still alive... No thanks to that brainless b*tch. She never had any warning across her cars rear end...!!! She said "I saw you overtaking me but I didn't know what to do".. I Replied - "Try NOT turning next f****n time"...

God, I don't know...!!! Ya give some people a brain and they become dangerous...!!!

The worst part about the whole ordeal was my bike was absolutely knackered... As soon as I was able to, I bought another bike and away I went again...

I could show you such a thing. I fell off... didn't quite make it off actually - more under really... the other day. I was only wearing jeans as I didn't think to be out long.
So my jeans were wripped like paper as was the skin on the inside of my knee. My boot also showed signs of scuffing on the inside so my leg must've been hella twisted under the bike. Not that I noticed.
It's still very tender and swollen. I got off quite lightly. On the plus side, my mangled leg prevented too much damage to the bike. Didn;t even score the tank.
I could write a library on all the stuff I don't know if I knew it!

guy on the bike should have stopped and given shit to the van driver who turned without a signal and to the tractor driver who pulled out infront of oncoming traffic ( the bike ). Stupid fucking people
The video shows you to "THINK". We are all human and you can't say that you've never cut somebody off. Shit happens.
When I ride I always think that every car is out to get me, every corner there might be a truck parked across the road, a cow shit, oil etc (note: i don't think that I'm going to stop when I come around the corner, but at least I'm ready).
If you have no body in front of you the the odds are on your side.
This is just my opinion which to me is the only one.

Yeh, great video. Took ages to download though. Well worth it though. You're right. I was kind of expecting a more dramatic ending. I think we need more of these though, especially from New Zealand. The Ride Forever DVD on the latest issue of Kiwi Rider was a great start.
