ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK , NEW BIKES ARE MEANT TO BE RIDDEN NOT REPAIRED.
I HEARD LYNTON HOLDINGS THE KAWASAKI IMPORTERS FOR NZ DECIDED TO BUY ALL THEIR KAWASAKI ROAD BIKES WITH NO FACTORY WARRANTY, THERFORE WHEN ALL THOSE WHEELS WERE REPLACED IT CAME OUTA THEIR POCKET , SAME WITH ALL THE C1 MODS , ITS CHEAPER FOR THEM TO LET THE BIKE FAIL AFTER YOU BUY IT THEN DO THE WARRANTY IF REQUIRED AS SOME WONT BE WARRANTYS , LIKE IF YOU SKIP A SERVICE OR THE BIKE WAS
    PUT DOWN THE ROAD .
DID YOU KNOW SUZUKI DID MY SWING ARM BEARINGS FREE OF CHARGE JUST DAYS B4 THE WARRANTY EXPIRED , THEY DID POINT OUT TO ME THAT THE BIKE HAD BEEN THRASHED AND THAT IT WAS A FAIR WEAR AND TEAR ITEM YET THEY CAME THRU FOR ME AGAIN.
EVERY MANUFACTURER HAS PROBLEMS , ITS HOW THEY DEAL WITH THOSE PROBLEMS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Its an odd ball clutch noise when you pull the clutch in it gets louder
and it makes a kind of clicking when you give it a bit in first
(kind of like an old two stroke clutch rattle,H1-H2 noise i just thought it
was normal)They think it is bottom end noise,it only seems to get the
    early ones though..
there are five different part numbers for the parts though
so i guess i am the test bed for this mod (hope not)
will have to give them some shit in the morn

will give them some shit in the morn,
have had some good shit with some brands.
(dam still own an H1 500 tripple, and ZXR750! just this one has let me down)
just whish it was a tripple, i would have had the engine apart inside 30 mins
fixed in 50 backin in an hour, but his one does better gas per Km
(sort of and does not try to kill me as often!! i think but then
my mind went a while back)
mabey i will just have to whack a full house H2R engine
in the 750 frame (go F750) as an odd ball bike.
I wonder if kawasaki NZ need some NOS parts for H1s as i have some
(mabey i can swap them for some ZX10R parts)
