Two-stroke 250 wanted

Asking on behalf of my brother if anyone out there has a two stroke they would like to pass on to an enthusiast-to-be.

Would like an MC21 NSR preferably, but would also entertain an MC18 or an RGV.

Price above is an indication but really it all depends on what the bike is like!

Looking at around the $5500 mark. Engine still being put back into frame, complete new crank, pistons rings etc.
