Textile jacket repair on North Shore? (Hole on elbow)

    Hi guys
I've got a hole in the right elbow of my textile as a result of a small slide down the road and am in need of a patch up. It's ripped throught the textile but luckily not the waterproof liner.
Has anyone got any recommendations for a place on the North Shore of Auckland? I know there's a place in K. Road but local is much easier to get to as I work 8-5.30 as wel as Saturdays.

Hmm that's a good thought. Are they glue on or stitch in?

Get a leather place to stitch a patch of leather over the hole, or better yet, get a leather jacket

Ahh yes I forgot KB is unforgiving ahahaha. Yeah leather jacket is on the list but would still like to keep the textile and prevent the hole from getting worse!

Whereabouts on the shore are you?
There is a lady called Janette in Birkenhead - "Silver needles" she has fixed and altered bike gear for us. She is great.
I work in Northcross (suburb inbetween Browns Bay and Albany), and there is an Asian couple (really nice but English not so flash and have a pyscho small dog) they do all sorts of sewing, from making squabs for the boss's boat to hemming trousers - they are at 952 East Coast Road and have a sign outside with a name like "Bob and Penny" (some Engrish name)

I run can run along East Coast Road on my way to work. Birkenhead is easy enough as well depending on trading hours. Do you have contact details for the lady in Birkenhead?

I spoke to a lady at Motorcycle Safety Wear (MSW) on K road and they would do it as well, would just have to courier the jacket to them which means I'll have to take the cage to work for a few days.
