    Nice one E.

Are the Rangiora etc folk planning on Woodend as a joinup point at about 7.00pm???
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Good luck getting the Beemer up and running again PT.

Next WNR Port Levy. Via Dyers and Purau. (No TA I'm not going over Western Valley Rd but you go for it!!!!)

Lots of tight and twisty to get me back in practice on the baby Guzzler. (Or fall off and make a Charlie of myself)

So how did it go? Got mine to stop squeaking - amazing how tight someone can over-torque a tapered roller bearing (enough to raise .25mm pits for each roller, all high-chrome case-hardened steel, totally munted)... lucky they didn't strip the thread on the adjuster plug or crack the casting IMHO. Luckily had a spare bearing anyway so it's in now & the rubber ducky has been retasked elsewhere...

Port Levy sounds good, maybe the Taitap? I know it's later in the trip for some but they were good sorts for the invasion last time round -and parking ass and getting some food without having too get too deep back into riding mode was (aka relaxing) was most pleasant too. Sad there's no Godley house, was a good stop-over for the less adventurous (more thirsty?) but no point in flogging a dead horse (unless you're a a politician).
He who shall go stately at the back and not stress out.
So Gareth what was it you said about MaxF's "Funky ass curves"? - God, now I'm worried...

Good that you got things sorted Max. The Taitap it is then.

Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. I've got all the bits ready to go, and connectors to make a short earth cable, just no time!
Argh, I think it's time to win lotto and retire!

It's been so long since you have ridden with us that we have forgotten what you look like.

Also we 've changed, we are now angelic, law abiding, model citizens.
