    Yessss. ....... Welllllll. .......

An interesting if very shortened ride last night!!!!! American and Italian tractors bit the dust last night. Many thanks to the team for their help with returning the bikes to the road. Both were ridden home. I hope to compare notes with our Harley rider next WNR.

Next WNR. Sorry SS Duvauchelles. Pizzas the week after.
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Hi peoples, I'm Quentin the guy on the red/white cb1300. Frank is the guy that rode the Harley - and sorry to say that he damaged himself a little more than was perhaps apparent on Wednesday evening. He is currently in hospital with multipls fractures to his scapula and 6 broken ribs. These injuries have come not so long after quite a bad snow - boarding accident.
I think the doctors were amazed that he rode the bike home again afterwards. The Harley as most would have seen is barely damaged, though Frank has mentioned putting into the shop
to get it checked over - and the minor bits of damaged sorted. Myself and another couple of his work buddies went into visit him yesterday - and he seems
in good spirits, though I dont think he'll be along next week however. I should be along again...will see you's then..

Personally, I am not keen on doing any riding on the Summit Rd again. The road is in terrible condition.
These aren't the bikes we're looking for....

Hi..Frank checked out of the Hospital on Friday (scans showed that fractures to scapula were not deep) . He went on leave on Thursday as his parents are over from Canada. The text I got from him on Saturday suggested he was up on Evans pass with Family ejoying the view and some F&C for dinner.

I am pleased to hear that Frank is out of hospital. From what you say it sounds as if he is coming right. That part of the summit road got both of us that night!!!!

I may have to get the training wheels back on my bike.

A good reason I didn't want to go up on Summit. . sorry to hear of the mayhem that occurred and that injuries were inflicted.

I have work and family commitments this evening that prevent me joining the ride. really would've liked to join tonight. The new devauchells pub is very nice!

Have fun guys and be safe
