    Weather looks good WednesdayYehaaaaa
I'm sorry I actually can't watch that, it made me a bit like motion sickness which I get as a passenger in the car sometimes.
Actually some of Peeteeys do similar to me at times.
I played with pic in pic stuff and now don't bother unless it's for a special scene and for a short time. I think it's just too much happening on the screen at once.
When watching videos with two or more views I find I started to cover one and watch the other, then rewind an go again on the interesting bits I want to see in the other view... which is often shrunk to small to see properly.
If you use garbage mattes or Masks (can't remember which) and position other video in the window created by the matte(or mask) for best view of the bike behind or what ever, you do not have to shrink the video but will of course loose some off the sides, top and bottom depending how you position it.
But.... what I do now is take the two views and cut between one and other and the other other in this case but have each one use the full screen.

Well that's hopefully taken as constructive criticism, something to think about. I assume some people may in fact like it like you've done anyway.

and yes, fingers crossed, I should be in again if the forecast holds for Wednesday.... but where ??

Pop yourself a motion sickness pill TA. Yes and thanks, critique taken as positive. Most of the other bike action is seen as a black dot. I was wondering about how to work on that and change the black dot into a recognisable form. But one thing at a time. You know how slowly I move

As for where on Wednesday, I'm sacrificing myself to work for the greater good. (Gadzooks and forsooth, shades of "Hot Fuzz")

Hows about The Greta Valley Pub. Have you been there yet this season???????
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Unfortunately I'm out for the next few weeks. My knee is playing up, had an MRI and I do have a fracture (long story) may be along in the car though!

Yea, I think that's the overall winner on the day for pretty much any video. The pic in pic is cool for a while or a scene but ultimately you can't beat simply switching from one cam to the next.
I've been wanting to do that in all my recent videos but with the arms protesting after editing for a while I need to just quickly bash the video out somehow without getting to fancy.
I think I've sussed a slightly easier way to get that result within my editor tho so will try it next time we all go out with cameras rolling.

All that being said, I really do like G's video, it looks different to most other bike vids out there and its a cool idea. I can watch it no worries and is a cool experiment and learning curve. Plus it adds to replayability. I've watched it several times to take in the different angles.

Bring on Wednesday! I think, out of three, I might have one working bike
The Kat did enjoy the ride on Sun but was making some strange noises I thought. Might just be that I haven't ridden it in ages and aren't used to them. Hope that's all it is!

The Little River pub with a dash to Akaroa for some has been spoken of the last several rides but not reached with the crap weather too IIRC.

Nine bucks for a bowl of chips and I think it was seven bucks per pint of some weasel piss pilsner.

Hate to have seen what the old owners were charging, or was it that they didn't ever sell weasel piss and chips?
