Weathers looking ok for Sunday. Anyone interested? Perhaps a ride out to the hurunui hotel and back via Greta Valley? Or maybe a ride out to cust to try some of their supposedly excellent pies?

Just a thought, would anyone be interested in a ride up to Arthurs Pass one Sunday afternoon?
I know, lots of straight roads to get to some corners, but it would still be a good ride.
Where ever you guys go, have fun!
Am up in Takaka now, popped in to see "hey wait for me" in Nelson, was nice to see him.
I have discovered a new favourite road I must one day ride. It is called the entire west coast, especially, if it can be included in that, the Motueka valley bit. So very jealous watching all the bikes hooning past!
See you all in a few Weeks ...

Was a nice day for a ride could have done without all that wind, had to stop at Amberly to readjust earphones from all the slop the trucks were creating.
Yep all good.
Pretty hot and usual wind irritation.
No problem really as I might complain more if it had been too cold and wet.
Now posted new thread for Lunch in Reefton next Saturday (the 24th)... here.

Nice ride - sorry I piked off at Waikari on the return, feeling zonked and proved so by the nana-nap when I got back... good to see you all, certainly couldn't fault the weather (apart from the wind!)
He who shall go stately at the back and not stress out.
So Gareth what was it you said about MaxF's "Funky ass curves"? - God, now I'm worried...
akaroa fush n chups shop gutted by fire! why would we even go to akaroa without that! another destination ruined
interesting things happen above 10,000 rpm.....not if you have a ZRX tho
I blame the bakery! Ever since the pies started coming in cellophane and the coffee in paper cups we have gone to bullys or the fish and chips-obviously he has been forced into drastic actions!![]()
