Great night, calm, warmish while the sun was still up and yeah, on the way home the moon lit country very nice until the cloud hid it again approaching the city.
I even took a moment to move the Tag in the local game.
Surprisingly small turn out, though it can be nice like that.

Yes a great ride tonight. The small turnout made for a compact group. Next week last WNR of the season!!
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

    Thumbs up

I'm looking foreword to the day I can have a ride like tonight, curly roads clear of traffic, mild weather, mist n moon, easy company... And come home feeling relaxed. Instead of being pumped and exhausted from adrenaline because there is so much to learn. I take my hat off to you guys.

With the limited time you have been riding I think you are doing well. I believe that within a few months you will find riding a lot easier. The guys you saw last night each have decades of experience. We have ridden together for a number of years and trust each other's skills. Give yourself some time. Relax the tight grip on the controls that is something which saps your energy!!!

Although I'm on a litre bike I don't ride fast. It's not about how fast you can ride but who you ride with.

I got pinged by cops yesterday on the way from hanmer springs so... I'll slow down tonight.

Good ride tonight. Never knew that part of summit road existed. Some slip and slide here and there, bumping over cattle stop.

    See you guys after winter.

I was with you till westmoreland (just after cashmere road hits 70k). Hit the horn and waved but i guess my womanly horn wasn't up to the challenge
If there's a day with some good weather please flick me a message, always keen for a ride.

Once the Skull Candy earphone go in and helmet on I can't hear much even my own horn which is about 115db.
And yes I can still hear Emergency Vehicles just not much else.
