....what's that route like...road, corners,...compared to, north canterbury/ akaroa/ banks peninsular...like to take another bike this weekend

It would mostly be more like North Canterbury, not much like Akaroa/Banks Peninsula.
Straighter and flatter but that shouldn't put off any real motorcycle enthusiasts, they be those who enjoy motorcycling as a whole, not just limited to cornering.

You guys are awesome and I appreciate your fundraising efforts. But I still won't be coming

I could be out for a while as we've just had a fella quit at work. My current day off for the foreseeable future is Friday and every second week I'll get a Tuesday off as well.

If anyone has those days off and wants to go for a ride let me know.
