Had a good day out nice to see you all. Roads didn't have as much grit as I thought they would have, weather was great sunny and no wind. Lost a couple of rider's going there caught up with them at methven and then again on the way home.

Pleased to hear that everyone made it ok, was thinking of joining but was a bit concerned about ice around the gorge. Might go for a pootle up to Cheviot for a coffee and scone tomorrow though.

Nice to see you in a long time. I very much enjoyed the talks with the ladies at The Blue Pub.

Good ride today lads. Got separated from the main group on the way to Methven and again on the way back to Christchurch. Regardless, good company as always.

Some part of the roads were extremely-very-much tempting to unleash all of 160+ horses but I kept my sanity cool.

Was a great ride. Not really any ice at all. Some of the grit was annoying but easily dealt with. Nice to meet you all. Looking forward to a few more rides. Was a beautiful day, amazing scenery.

Such a great day today it is giving me itchy feet. If tomorrow and or Thursday are like this I am going for a ride in the afternoon. If anyone else wants to come along PM me so we can organise something.
