Smile Vic Round 5 Clubmans. Team talk up! He he

HI everyone, here is my report l think lol
    ok

qualifying . had new tires on the bike. dont know much about running them in ? but had to go pretty fast to see if there any good and did go a sec qicker than the last meeting think just under a 1:24 but everyone else went alot qicker again bugger it!

race 1 : 12th on the grid not to good but was on the outside so could get a good run if l was keen! so got away into l think 6th but there was 3 very keen guys out there witch got me very qickly and more when l tired out. anyway think l got 12th in the end just did not feel like pushing it fast.

race 2 : was going to leave my slicks on but my bro said it going to be wet so changed them over to wets ( did not like the stress of the old days changing them over 10mins before the race) in the end a bad choice and dryed up so went out...l liked a bit of wet on the track thought it may slow the other riders up abit so l don't tire my self so much end up 7th could of got 4th but did not want to stuff my wet tires up. went slow over the line and lost another place to Josh Walby did not know he was there lol my stuff up! but thats racing.

race 3: l end up changing the tires back! bad choice again but dont mind racing with slicks but did not know how bad these new sticks are like in wet weather when they cool off! ok bad start l got court up in the middle from the start. l saw Josh Walby get a very good start we are having little fight on the track but he may not think that lol . ok shot through to about 4th to the hair pin into sec by the sec lap sat behind the triumph for a lap. happy to get sec but then thought l could win this lol so grunted past brett down the middle strate. the viser on the helmet foged over big time could only see the white line so pulled the viser up and down about 25 times in the race (time for a new viser l think) pulled away nealy highsided 3 times coming on to the front straight after the 3th lap the tires went cold thought the rear was flat and was going to pull in but my brain said no anyway malcomlm foster got past me down the middle straight on the last lap got him back at the end of the back straight but new my drive was not good onto the main straight nealy lost it again but happy to get sec as he got the good drive out the corner and just remebered he had wet on lucky him.

    sorry about the bad spelling..scott

Its a bugger getting the tyre choice wrong - but I much prefer wets in the dry than slicks in the wet !!!

    Hey Scott

Nice one buddy - when you came past me on slicks in race three i tried to tuck in but no deal!! And yeah i seem to get great starts by the end of the day!
Lucky your wets were going off in race 2 it was hard to catch you except for through Dunlop!

    Josh

Cheap fogging visor tip...put 3 or 4 strips of tape layered on top of each other(only need to be a couple of centremeters long)on the lower left or right underside of visor.Just enough to lift visor slightly and let in air.But not too much otherwise visor will flick fully open when you sit up at decent speed.

Crazyman, for someone so ugly you dont ride half bad.......... :-). Nice effort in the wet dude, was a bit hard to watch as those wheels were out of line pretty much every lap. So its the new 95 posties class for you then ?, the rules are pencilled in for that in Australia & i believe are under draft here as well.
