There used to be a large road safety sign along Evans Bay Road in Wellington, about 6' x 8' and planted next to the road in the shade of some Pohutukawa trees. It was also right before a pedestrian crossing

I am sure that the vandal's mummy is very proud of her little angel.

We spent a bit of time in Europe recently, saw very few signs of graffiti outside of the crappy areas of Paris and London and I can't recall any vandalism of signage or public facilities outside of the UK.

Respect for our country and it's resources is very low among many of our fellow countrymen.

So yes, it also pisses me off a bit.
