Diameter??? Wow 6.5 inches diameter....most women need pain relieving drugs to deliver a baby with a head of about 30cm circumference which is about 3.5 inches diameter. My god, you'd make a horse wince with a tool that big.

I've heard people describe it as like a babies arm holding an orange...but that would be more like Swarzeneggers forearm holding a grapefruit, and not an adjustable tip in sight.
